Welcome to RentGPRFlorida.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). By renting equipment, purchasing services, receiving training, or using this website, you (“Renter,” “User,” “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Limitation of Responsibility for Equipment Use and Data Interpretation

We provide ground-penetrating radar (GPR) equipment for rental purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the data generated by the equipment.

2. Safety and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for adhering to all jobsite safety laws and OSHA compliance, including use of PPE, fall protection, and general hazard awareness. We assume no liability for jobsite practices.

3. No Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose

Equipment is provided “as-is” without warranties or guarantees regarding suitability for your specific site, subsurface conditions, or application.

4. Optional Training Services

We offer remote or in-person (location-dependent) training at $295/hour. All training is theoretical and does not include field work, on-site service, or project-specific analysis.

5. Equipment Liability

You are fully responsible for the equipment from delivery through return. Loss, theft, or damage — including during shipping — is your financial responsibility and subject to replacement or repair at fair market cost.

6. Rental Period and Late Returns

Rentals are billed per calendar day. The rental period ends when all equipment is returned in functional condition. Late returns will incur additional charges at the prevailing daily rate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentGPRFlorida.com and its agents from any claim, injury, damage, or financial loss arising from the use, misuse, or failure of the equipment, including project decisions based on scan data.

10. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Legal proceedings must be initiated in Collier County, FL.

12. Arbitration & Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Collier County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Parties waive jury trials and class actions unless local small claims court applies.

13. Insurance Requirements

All renters must supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with:

14. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, renting equipment, or attending training, you affirm your agreement to all the terms listed above in full.
