Solid Pave LLC GPR Equipment Rental Agreement

  1. Full payment is required prior to equipment release.
  2. Accepted payment: check, Zelle, or credit card via Stripe invoice.
  3. Equipment will not be delivered until payment clears.
  4. Late returns will incur an additional charge equal to the daily rate
  5. Renter is responsible for loss, theft, or damage (est. $8,500 value).
  6. Renter may not sublease or operate equipment outside the continental U.S.
  7. Solid Pave LLC is not liable for misuse, scan errors, or consequential damages.
  8. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours or more in advance, otherwise there is a $150 cancelation fee for late cancelations.

Damage & Loss Responsibility Agreement

The undersigned accepts full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage from the moment the equipment is received until it is returned. In case of damage or loss, renter agrees to cover repair or replacement cost (est. $8,500).

Liability Waiver & Indemnification

The renter releases and holds harmless Solid Pave LLC, its owners, and employees from any injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from use or misuse of equipment.
